"With you, trust comes naturally; you have honor woven into your fabric and that goes a long way when entering new territory in a coach’s office. Something that I learned early on in my sessions with you was that I truly was in the driver’s seat"

🌀 Coming home exhausted

🌀 Collapsing on the couch—night after night

When someone experiences overwhelming stress, the natural ability to flow between the calmness of everyday reality and the urgency of fight and flight becomes “stuck.” People can then experience constant anger or anxiety, even though there is no apparent reason for this, or have difficulty becoming motivated about anything although the reality of their lives has much to offer.
We often avoid feeling, because we believe that if we open that Pandora’s box, we would be overwhelmed by our fears, our anger, our shame. The cost is not only to ourselves, but to our relationships, leaving us isolated and lonely. We lack vitality, and purpose.
You don’t have to feel numb.
There is another way forward.
To be truly alive is to be embodied, all senses awakened. In a healthy body, we’re able to shift our gears. Move from ease to activity, and back to ease when the work is done, mastering the art of putting just the right pressure on our internal accelerator…when needed… and tap on the brake to return to normal. To become resilient, and well-regulated.
I welcome you. In my experience, clients like you benefit from my holistic skills for body, mind and spirit. Whether in my office or online, our journey together is shaped to your specific needs and goals.

I’ve supervised clinicians, and presented my somatic healing techniques to many professional groups.
Before then, I worked with domestic violence, heroin addiction, and created groups that supported prevention of child assault and the strengthening of those who identified as GLBTQIA+, as well as in-patient and intensive outpatient with those who were suicidal.
Wherever you are, I get you. Through my years of practice, I’ve been able to guide over a thousand people as they cast aside the numbness blocking their vitality. I know that this work has allowed my clients to find relief and purpose. To harness stress and make it your workhorse, to find true comfort and ease, enjoying each sensual moment, and to glide between the two like a sailboat in a lively breeze.
